This is a joyful, feel-good class where you get to move, create, and learn skills for handling stress and taking care of yourself. Each day includes mindfulness breaks, gratitude journaling, healthy snacks, and activities that help you feel more confident, calm, and connected. Come meet new people, try new things, and discover what helps you feel strong—inside and out.
