Firefighters, EMTs, and police officers are the first responders who work together to help save lives every day. In each session of this class, we will engage with a different visiting first responder from the local community, working on educational activities to better understand their work. This class also includes a field trip to the U. of I. Police Department and a visit with their K-9 (police dog) unit!
